Mental Health & Substance/Behavioural Dependency Support for youth and families of youth

Chabad Lifeline is working together with English Montreal School Board in supporting students and family members through online support and chatline. This is a space for those dealing with mental health concerns or substance abuse and dependancies to get immediate support or to take the first steps in setting up on-going counselling.
